Vegetable Roast from Kutscher's
I was at Kutscher's this past weekend and had their Vegetable Roast. It was delicious. They wouldn't give me the recipe. I am trying to replicate it. It wasn't a fake "meat" loaf; it seemed like a smooth vegetable loaf. No cheese. Does anyone have such a recipe?

Does anyone know where I can find a kosher version of Pecorino Romano cheese (not the powdery stuff); it's from a hunk of real, hard cheese. It's delicious shaved over a dairy salad. A kibbutz in Israel makes it.
