I'll be spending a week in Golden on business shortly. Staying at Table Mountain Inn. I've heard the food is good at TMI, and also have recs for Ali Baba's. Anything else in Golden, or nearby? (I'll have a car).

Brennan's took over the former Blackthorne Tavern on 138 just past 106 in Easton. A very cozy place with a big fireplace and frequent live music (folk, irish).

Been a few times. It's small (20 seats?) so can fill up quickly. Advice would be to go early and to have a backup. Tell the owner or any of the staff its your first time and they will be happy to make suggestions. Plates are smallish so with a group of 5 you'll get to try a number of things. The short ribs are the bomb!

Anyone have a yea or nay experience at Opus, Rt. 6 in Dartmouth? Will be going next week and looking for recommendations.
