Mexican Grocery Sunset Park?

Hi! I'm looking for a good Mexican grocery in Brooklyn, and was figuring Sunset Park was the best bet. I'm not looking for anything too madly exotic, just a bunch of dried chilies and a few other items I have trouble finding in my local grocery store.

I'm also wondering if anyone knows a good place to get fresh made tortillas in the neighborhood. (I know about Queens, but as I am a Brooklynite it is a bit of a trek for a carless person).

Thanks!

asian lunch lafayette and spring

I'm working on Lafayette and spring for one day next week and my Malasian 8 month pregnant boss wants something decent to eat for lunch but refuses to eat anything but asian food...chinese, japanese, thai, whatever. Anything close to these cross streets that doesn't take too long as we only get a half hour lunch. Any suggestions would be more than welcome!

Thanks!

king's highway lunch?

I'm going to be in the king's highway area of brooklyn today around lunch time (Ocean Ave and King's Highway, not sure what this neighborhood is really called). Last time I was around there I saw there were a ton of Russian restaurants and wondered if anyone had any suggestions for a stand out meal. Please help!

Dinner w/ parents In Park Slope/Prospect Heights Area

I wouldl ike to add that Rosewater on Union btwn 5th and 6th is really good and a nice place for parents. They take reservsations and have a seasonal mostly local menu. The staff is friendly and competant, and the wine list is interesting and unpretentious.

Ghanaian Food

I know that there are some Nigerian places in Bed Sty and Crown Hights, around Utica Ave, but don't have any specifics. For Seneglese I usually go to Kur N Dye or Joloff's in Fort Green. I think Joloff's has some Nigerian offerings as well.

Ghanaian Food

I've been working my way through some of the African places in Brooklyn, but mainly am finding Seneglese and S African. Does anyone know of a good Ghanaian place? Doesn't have to be in Brooklyn, Queens the Bronx whatever.
