Mozza pizzaria or osteria?

alright guys im back from mozza!! and WOW it was freakin great! we got seated right on time (5:00) and we started the dinner w/ nancys chopped salad, it wa a little bitter for my taste but i still enoyed it (espesially the cherry tomatoes). then we went with the white bean bruschetta and that was proboly the best bruschetta i have had and im sure ill be craving it tomorrow. now to pizzas: my mom ordered the gorgonzola and fingerling potato pizza which was good even though im not the biggest fan of gorgonzola, my brother got a speck and tomato pizza which was great according to him, then my friend got a speck, pineapple, and jalapeno pizza that was really good! but the best one of all was my salami and fresno chile pizza man was that awesome! the crusts were great! now for dessert: i got the carmel capponata that was just ok then my friend got a banana gelati pie which was friggin awesome! overall it was one of the best dinners ivee had (but i have not had any fancy dinners like this before so i have nothing to base it against) my only complaint was the waiters snooty attitude and arguing w/ my mom over wine. but other than that ill will definitly be returning to mozza again! thanks everyone that helped me with my descions and helping make this an awesome birthday dinner!

Favorite top chef so far

so far who has been you favorite contestant this season? who has been you least favorite? AND who do you want/who do you think is going to win it this time aroundand why.for me my personal favorite is andrew because hes funny and he holds up well in the challenges although i dont think he can win it (but i would like for him to). my least favorite has to be dale or lisa because of their attitudes but who i think is gonna be in the final two it will prboly be dale and richard with richard most likley to win it. so chowhounds what do you guys think?

pan sauce please =D

first I put butter and a little olive oil in a pan on high heat until the butter is bubbleing. then i add 2-4 chicken breast steaks with salt and pepper to the pan and i get a good golden brown crust on the breasts. then i remove the chicken from the pan and into the oven at 325 degrees for about 30 min then top with tomatoes basil and gorgonzola

TC #5 The Beatdown

all i have to say about this episode is that dale is really arrogant and an incredibly sore loser he reminds me of hung except for the fact that hung could back up his arrogance. if there were three front-runners right now it would proboly be mark richard and stephanie(not in that order) and andrew in a close 4th. but dale is DEFINTELY not the best chef there and shouldnt be complaining to the person that helped them win the challenge in the first place >=D
