Best ever, ANYWHERE: Evan's American Gourmet Cafe, Lake Tahoe, CA; Il Gran Caruso, Buenos Aires, Argentina; Le Jules Verne, Paris, France; Kapi Kapi, Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica; La Table Anna, Reims, France. Right in the "neighborhood", I like Mise en Place, Pane Rustica, Della's After Dark, Tapas Garden, Cafe L'Europe and Charley's to name a few.
