Best meal I ever ate:
In Hong Kong 2005. Tired of dining out each night, we purchase at one of the local BBQ places, Char Sui, Braised Tendons, Roast Pig, Chinese Brocolli, then went down the back alley and found a wine store and purchased a bottle of French Wine and took back to the hotel. Best darn meal we at and under $30 US, including the wine.
My current drink of choice:
Red Wine, Hot Sake, Voss "Sparkling Water", Energy Drinks
I really wish I could:
Learn how to make Dim Sum. Would love to see this type of cooking school in the Los Angeles area.

Devil Eggs, Bruchetta, Stuff Mushrooms with Crab, BBQ Pork (Char Sui)
