Sauted chicken mushroom with this wheat ale that was sunshine on sunflowers growing wild in a valley of wet hummus. What was it? I don't know! Or maybe the oven-browned morels with lemon-herb cream and herb-oil crostinis I made last night! Sunner Kolsch was THE perfect pairing.It would be easy to tweek it into a cold pate too.
