Late Night Sushi
Girlfriends flight is delayed from NY. We were looking forward to a nice dinner but now she will not make it until after 11pm. I am looking for a sushi place that serves late on the north side and not in evanston. Please help
Coal Fire Pizza
I am a self proclaimed pizza guru and this place on Grand was amazing. Hands down the best pizza in chicago. Any one else who loves all pizza must go.
Spring vs. Blackbird vs. one sixtyblue
I agree with nxstassy in that all three are great meals. I feel like Spring would be "more comfortable" if you mean more laid back and less formal, especially if you are going mid week.
Good food near the Blue Line
Try Spring. The chef is a James Beard award winner. It will be a nice change of pace from Gibsons. It is directly off the blue line at the Damen stop.

spring will always accomodate to a child. they have beef and duck to offer. and if that will not do the kitchen will create something a little more simple.
as for the mediocore meal i feel that you need to give spring another shot. and i am pretty sure that spring will be around for a while
Lemongrass sausage
I know how i want it to taste but how do i get the lemongrass flavor into the sausage while avoiding the tough fiber texture of lemongrass. any help or suggestions welcome
