Ohh ... I love coffee ice cream - I will definately have to pick this one up. I usually see Vanilla Bean / B. Stawberry and Turkish Coffee while window shopping at the market (I know ... I'm a weirdo, but love it). I always wondered about "Turkish Coffee". I am picking it up TODAY!

Their Eggplant Parm. is to die for. I love EP and it's usually the dish I order when eating Italian and I always come back to Farfalla's. YUM!!!

Burger place for Sunday Night
I was at Laurel Terrace (Studio City) last night and had a fantastic burger. This is a semi-new gastro pub and I have to admit I was impressed with the entire establishment and burger. The "laurel" burger came out perfectly cooked (med. rare IMHO) and juicy!!! with an additional 1/2 order of frys with it - Delish!

Organic Produce Box Delivery
I'm not sure if it's 100% organic, but Auntie Ems (located in Eagle Rock) has started a delivery service. Fresh produce and you can add extras like dessert or freshly made soups and entrees. I would definately look into it.

LA Newbie - What/where is a MUST eat?
B/C you have never been to LA before, I recommend The Rainbow Bar and Grill on Sunset right by the Keyclub & the Roxy, a stone's throw from the Whiskey A Go-Go for dinner and the entertainment factor (check out their website). The Rainbow is "world-famous" and many Rockers have frequented the Bow and still do. The food is actually good and the people watching is spectacular. The bartenders do not know what a count is, so be weary - the drinks are strong! Prepare yourself for a late night when you find yourself in the upstairs bar area! Now, my fellow Chowhounders are probably screaming NO NO NO or laughing their Arses off, but that's my two cents. New York has GREAT foodie spots, but they don't have the Rainbow with our sparkle sidewalk (can anyone say flashbacks after a few long islands?).
Sales Award Dinner - Need Suggestions
I need a private room for about 13 sales representatives. The boss doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg like last year (I took the group to French 75). Location: my business is in Atwater Village, so most likely the gang would like to head to Glendale and/or Burbank vs. Downtown (they're a bunch of chicken drivers). Best Mexican in West San Fernando Valley
Arbuelita's (spelling?) in Topanga Canyon is good and at night you can sit on the patio for an esp. groovy dinner while enjoying your cocktail of choice. Also, La Paz Seafood Mexican on Las Virgenes/Malibu Canyon is good. Both of these establishments are close to the W.Valley and only take 20 minutes to get to; faster then tugging along the 101 to the westside. Also, I hear there is a new Mexican restaurant in the refurbished Topanga Mall that has gotten pretty good reviews.

Sushi Dan is in the same mall as Sunset 5 I believe. The Indian restaurant right next door to Coach and Horses is quite good.
Alternatives to Mel's in Hollywood?
Not sure what night we're talking about here, but what about Pig and Whistle on Hollywood Blvd.? The time is still early, so it would be kid-friendly enough while being kind to the adults and it won't break the bank. It's close enought to walk and yummy.
