Recommendations for dinner near Blue Mountain Ski Area?
Try the prime rib sandwich at Hotel Jonas. Good food, good beer & nice people.
ribs in Philly or 'burbs
Whistlers Inn, Cinnaminson NJ has their own smokehouse and does a great job with the Ribs. Also a great variety of beers on tap.
Looking for a cooking class/dining experience for a present?
Bacio in Cinnaminson, NJ might be just the place. The chef/owner hosts classes and other special events.

The decline of the Italian Hoagie
I swear by the hoagie (and cheesesteak) at the Italian Villiage on rte 73 in Maple Shade, NJ. They use to be in the old Pennsauken mart and still have a loyal following.
Between Bloomsburg & Philly?
Does anyone have any good recs for dinner on the way back from Bloomsburg? I would like to stay 10 minutes or so from the highway (80/NE ext). I will be traveling tomorrow about 6pm.
Philly steak and cheese?
Italian Village is just south of main street (537) on rte 73. It is in a tiny strip shopping center along with Direct Buy and a furniture store. Their hoagies are also great. They use top quality meats in their deluxe italian.
Five Guys Burgers
there is one being built in the East Gate Square center in Moorestown/Mount Laurel NJ. Looks like it will be open soon. I can't wait to try it. Hope it's not too good cause I work right there and might be there too often.
Where to find traditional Jewish Bagels
Absolutely the best are at the Bagel Spot. I think I will go there for lunch tomorrow. I can just smell em now.
Philly steak and cheese?
I also think that is hilarious. I have an outstanding place in NJ (about 15 minutes from downtown phila.) for a cheesesteak. The Italian Villiage on rte. 73 in Maple Shade makes steaks that melt in your mouth. They bring tears to my eyes they are so good. They have the best combination of roll, meat, cheese and grill anywhere. You have to be careful not to order a whole sandwich cause it is enough for three people.
Happy Eating
P.J. Clarke's ??
What do you chowhounds know about P.J. Clarke's (3rd ave & 55th)? My wife and I will be attending a saturday matinee and would love to have a good burger and beer before we take the train home.
