Paese - is it good?
I've been there twice on a friend's high recommendation. Turns out the another friend, Ian, is the sommelier. Food is lovely, bar service is great. Not sure about table service etc but we're going tonite.

ISO up-to-date list of BYOW restaurants in Toronto together with their corkage charges
jlunar, we just had dinner @ canoe last night and corkage was $35.pretty reasonable considering we brought a 95 ch. latour. we also ate @ jamcafe in cabbagetown, $20 regular and free on sunday. dr. generosity on bloor w. has $1-$3 corkage midweek. lots of places are also posted on corkagetoronto.com

Any good deals still around (not Summerlicious)?
I don't know about Colborne, but Jam Café still has its $19 prix fixe.
