Hottest Kosher Food
Should probably point out that this is not a kosher restaurant. Here's an item from their menu including Chazzer (which I assume is pork):
breakfast sandwich 6.5
two eggs, chazzer , quebec cheddar, rye
Nice way to say please don't bring treyf to my kosher home?
That's good. I'd clarify by adding something like:
In keeping with kosher dietary rules, tea, tea cups, and treats will be provided.
best steak in brooklyn
I actually had a great steak at "M" on Coney Island Ave. a few weeks ago. It wasn't the rib steak, but the crout (what does that mean?) fillet. We ordered it medium and it was done perfectly. Maybe they had an off night when Bzdhkap was there or maybe we just got lucky...But we were very satisfied. (We also had the Roolatini Italiano which was very good).
Washington DC
Any nice kosher restaurants in downtown DC (client lunch/dinner appropriate)?
Thanks.
Brooklyn kosher restaurants-gourmet
Went to T Fusion for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised. Duck salad was good, steak and tuna were very good and tiramisu was out of this world. Close to on par with Manhattan places.
I was a bit annoyed that they added/suggested an 18% tip to a party of two. The service was good and I probably wouldv'e given more had they not done so.
kosher items found in israel not in US
The botnim amerikaim, as well as all other imaginable pitzuchim are available in Brooklyn at the corner of Kings Highway and E. 7th (I forgot the name of the store). They are open late.
Newman & Leventhal - NY - Supervision?
Anyone know under what supervision this caterer is under? I am going to a non-kosher restaurant and they order the special kosher meals from N&L. A web search did not turn up any information. I called the caterer but was told someone will get back to me. Any help is appreciated.
The Chocolate Girl - Park Slope
Can anyone provide additional info on the kashrut supervision? Thanks.
Phenomenal Kosher Pizza? Does it Exist?
I can't believe only one person named Cafe Rennaisance on Kings Highway in Brooklyn. Hands down the best kosher pizza around. Its more expensive than the stuff you'll get on Ave J, etc., but well worth it. Get the sesame crust. Never had non-kosher, so I can't compare...
