Food at the Sea-Tac Airport
Ah! Next time I will try that Charles! For the record, I had a Ephemere dark chocolate mocha from Dilettante and a dungeness crab breakfast sandwich from Ivar's, both in the main food court. The mocha was awesome, but next time I'll try the extra dark. The dungeness crab sandwich was good, the crab was fresh, but the egg and cheese seemed to overpower the crab. My suggestion would be to get a normal sandwich and spring for the crab cocktail if you want the crab. :)

I'll be at the Seattle airport for 4 hours earlier than my plane leaves tomorrow. Any suggestions of good breakfast and/or coffee while I'm waiting for my flight?
What to do with leftover buttermilk?
Maybe *I'm* crazy, but I can't remember my grandmother's buttermilk going bad. It seemed like she kept in the fridge forever.

The one cool thing about the Big Texan is that if you go on your birthday, you'll get a prime rib dinner for a penny or free, either way it's super cheap. I did this a few years ago on my birthday and it was actually a pretty good prime rib! So save your money and go on your birthday. ;)
Got a good salad dressing recipe?
I've been trying to figure out how to make the Italian vinaigrette that some mom and pop Italian restaurants serve. I think it's tomato based but not creamy like the one beggsy gave. Anyone have any ideas on this one?
How to make Buttermilk
i've always wondered this, can buttermilk ever go bad? it seemed my grandma would keep her buttermilk in the refrigerator for what seemed forever, or at least until she had made enough cornbread. anyone know how long buttermilk lasts?
