Thai Shrimp and Chayote with Wild Lime and Red Curry Sauce

I made this last week and it was very very good. I had to make some substituions though. I couldnt find red curry paste so I just used some thai hot chili sauce. I also used chicken and lime vest instead of the leaves. It had a really nice sweet taste at first and then a slow afterburn. I definitely recommend this!
