Best meal I ever ate:
It's a tossup between sushi at Sushi Yasuda in NYC and a dinner I still remember with vivid delight from the Domaine de Chateauvieux outside Geneva, Switzerland.
My current drink of choice:
Water. No calorie, no guilt, all hydration.
I really wish I could:
Run a marathon.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
If it's cold, a roast chicken with a glaze of some sort or a nice hearty stew. In the summer, broiled scallops or some sort of nice summer pasta.
My favorite comfort food:
Steamed chicken dumplings from our local takeout Chinese. Mmm...
