Best meal I ever ate:
Default - Two Guys from Italy on my first date with my wife. Abroad-Buca Mario in Florence for their rendition of Ribollita. Locally-Lucia, Driftwood, TJ's and FT33(All Awesome).
My current drink of choice:
Water or Creme Brulee from Cassis in Plano, TX Beer-Paulaner Hefeweizen Spirit-Bombay Sapphire with tonic and a twist of lime
I really wish I could:
Use the cleaver like Martin Yan, make interesting scientific dishes like Heston Blumenthal, and convince everyone to volunteer at a community garden/plant backyard garden to help cure hunger and get away from GMO fruits and veggies

Soups of all kinds, hot peppers (sweating is comforting), black eyed peas, corn bread (Jiffy), my dad or my own bbq
