Best meal I ever ate:
Skiing in the Italian Dolomites, my friend and I came off a chairlift on a remote peak, only to find a small shack that could only be reached by trekking several hundred feet uphill in the snow. In the tiny restaurant was Grandma making the best homemade gnocchi I have ever had in my life. Plated with a bolognese sauce made with veal and speck. Unreal.
