what is THE kitchenaid grinder recipe source?
i have a grinder, and love it for the basics everyone knows, meaning grinding meat for burgers/meatballs/blah. can anyone recommend a great website with a good source of other uses for the grinder? i.e. sauces, peanut butter, puree soups, dips, gefilte fish, etc?
where to buy morsilla (blood sausage) and molleja (sweetbread)?
i turn to the trusted folks here.
coming back from my 4th visit to argentina (wife's family lives there), i've decided i'm ready to grill my own blood sausage and sweetbread (mosilla and molleja) now that the weather should be warm enough this weekend.
does anyone know what markets i could find these in brooklyn (i live in park slope) or washington hts. since i commute to the g.w. bridge bus station and there seems to be lots of hispanic markets up there?
best lead gets a sample of my cooking :)

Reco needed: organic/healthy restaurant in TriBeCa?
having dinner with a friend who needs to stick around tribeca (or nearby). any recommendations on organic, vegetarian, or generally healthy places (in that order)? looking for something relatively nice in terms of decor/ambience.

Worksite Potluck Side Dish
i just posted about this product b/c of what a lifesaver its been for me,but i started buying (not making, but nobody knows the difference) the country crock side dishes. especially mac&cheese and the scalloped potatoes. yum
Foods most commonly prepared badly... that are great when made well. (Who knew? What's the key?)
agreed, some places try to put their unique spin on it (e.g. lobster m&c) and doink it, but the worst is when the simple classic is doinked...though even i cant seem to get mine right all the time. country crock side dishes has a version i tried that is very good, and comes refrigerated in the meat section, not frozen/dried (and only 5min to make). you can always add your own lobster
Loud Talkers in Restaurants
my girlfriends uncle, a very polite but straight to the point guy dealt with this once on a metro north train with a woman speaking loudly on a celliphone at 8am. he turned to her and asked her if it would bother her if he began reading his wall street journal aloud to himself. she quieted down. only works if you have a paper or book w/you i guess.
