Need couscous recipe that will go with Med. Chicken
I always cook couscous in chicken broth instead of water for more flavor and then season similarly to your chicken - lemon juice, saffron, etc. It shouldn't really need much if your chicken has a sauce/cooking liquid - keep it simple - I think onions,etc would over do it
