Best meal I ever ate:
Eggplant fingers with olive tapenade and roasted red peppers, arroncini, and fazoleta di seta and a lovely red wine that Tony was sharing from Italy. I found heaven at Tony's on 45th in Seattle. God how I miss that place. Tony where are you now?
My current drink of choice:
White wine spritzers with white cranberry juice and a twist of lime.
I really wish I could:
have access to fresh, local seafood, dairy, eggs and meat.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Seafood enchiladas with my homegrown verde sauce.
My favorite comfort food:
Ice cream, also pasta.
