Food Network "Down Home with the Neely's"

I agree Janet...I liked the husband and brothers, but she waaaaaaaay crosses over into the obnoxious category. I really wanted to like this show, growing up in Tennessee, but I felt like I was watching it with my hands over my face, peeking out and being embaressed for them.

Culantro - assistance

It's insanely cheap here in Florida. You can find it in any supermarket or local market. I've had it in most Puerto Rican dishes that have a sofrito base. It's also used to make Bacalaitos (salted cod fish mixture fried in balls).

TARGET - what's your favorite food/beverage item?

I know I'll get attacked for this one...but I bought a bottle of the archer farms "french inspired simmering sauce" and mixed it with seared chicken and mushrooms. I had to keep shoving my husband away from the stove. He kept sneaking bites. I also had bought a box (I know, I know) of the archer farms mushroom risotto. OMG - in 17 minutes I had risotto which tasted exactly like the risotto I make from scratch, stirring, over and over and over! Good for a weeknight quick meal.

Best Potato Chips

I totally agree with the Archer Farms..especially the kettle cooked archer farms. I'm currently obsessed with their buffalo chicken chips.

orlando five star recommendations

Mobil's only 4 star restaurant in Orlando is Victoria & Albert's at Disney's Grand Floridian. The best is the fixed price 6 course menu and try to get the chef's table! Amazing!
