As of March 2010, dinner with SO and my M&D at Canteen (RIP) in San Francisco. As of July 09, Fuel's nose-to-tail with pork belly. As of October 12, five meals served alla famiglia at La Buca (they just keep getting better). Best non-resto meal: my dad's fresh whole bbq'd spring salmon
My current drink of choice:
summer drink: Pimm's with lemonade and a slice or three of cucumber over ice; yearround: tall Plymouth gin and cranberry juice with a squeeze of lime

Kimura (RIP), La Buca, Bo Laksa King when Bo was there, Hai Phong, Les Amis (okay, so it's not a resto, sue me!) and Tuc Craft Kitchen is looking good... And for non-Vancouver, Evoe (RIP) in Portland, Canteen (SF, also RIP) were my favourites, looking for new ones.
