Our group of four had brunch there on Sunday. We loved the crab gazpacho, the tuna tartar and the snapper ceviche. One of our group had the carrot cake and loved it. She said it was more dense and moist than most and really tasted like carrots without the usual overwhelming frosting. Also, try the seared scallops. |

Where can I find good pizza in Dallas? My family loves Al's and Sal's but our favorite pizzas are the thin crust versions at Taverna near Knox and Travis. |

We checked out Pescabar on Sunday and the crab gazpacho was delicious. Light and citrusy with a good sized helping of lump crab. |

I really like The Grape especially since the new chef took over. He is extremely talented and my experience is that the food has always been great! |

Definitely try Sangria. We love it. It's a little more expensive than Cafe Madrid but infinitely higher quality and better food. |

Cafe Madrid was good when it first opened but since the owners got divorced it's gone down hill fast. We stumbled onto Sangria Tapas on Cole and loved it. Great lamb dishes and a terrific paella. |

My favorite romantic spot is the dining room at the Hotel St Germain. |

There's a new Primo's near Lake Ray Hubbard. Great Tex Mex. |

Is Ferre / West Village Closing? Heard a rumor that Ferre in the West Village is closing. Any info? |

Recommendation near crescent court hotel anniversary dinner The Hotel St Germain, right across the street, is one of the most romantic restaurants in town. French cuisine with a Creole twist. Dining by candlelight in an old mansion over 100 years old. |

Try the Moroccan food at Medina. Very small space so go early but the food is delicious. |

Check out Penne Pomodoro. Our kids love it especially the pizzas. We go to the Snider Plaza location but I think there's another one in North Dallas. Great atmosphere for kids and families. |

Charlie Palmer's has to be one of the best meals I've had in Dallas in a long time. Started with the beet salad and moved to the duck. Both excellent. Beautiful room, attentive but not intrusive service and compared to other places of its caliber, a bargain. |

Try Cafe Toulouse. Good French bistro |
