Baked spaghetti and ricotta dish?
I'm hoping someone knows this dish. An old Italian neighbor of mine used to make a dish what was spahgetti and a ricotta mix (eggs ricotta etc) that was baked, then sliced, and topped with sauce. Does anyone have a recipe for this? or even know the name? Thanks!
Best Microbrew in the North East
Wow, i can't believe no one has mentioned Allagash! It's hands down my favorite in the Northeast. Bar Harbor and Atlantic would be a close 2nd and third. I'm a Maine kinda beer girl, what can i say.
Emporio Pizza in North Andover
If this is the place i'm thinking of, it used to be a gourmet coffee shop/ cafe. I was in there a year or so ago, and spoke with the owner about it. Unfortunetly it couldn't compete with the Dunkins next door. I'm also curious to see how the food is, the coffee used to be excellent. As for delivery in that area, there are lots of pizza/sub places that deliver all over North Andover. Having lived in that area throughout my adolescence i can give you some good suggestions on greasy delicious take out.
Sal's and Mary's are good staples, but they don't deliver
Pizza Factory and Captains are almost identical in they're food, but both deliver
Upper Crust is right there in North Andover center and has decent stuff
Muffins (cake muffins)
Hands down, the blueberry muffin/cake from Four is my favorite.

For next time, if your looking for something kinda trendy and fun, Evenfall on the Haverhill/ North Andover border is a nice choice.
