i used to work at a ledo's in Anne Arundel County when i was in high school and i really wish i could remember what the dough recipe was. the cheese they used was provolone though.

Need a rec for a store that sells decent Tomatillos in South Brooklyn. Been to the Key Foods, Associateds, C-Towns, and Union Markets in the area and either they aren't looking good or are insanely expensive. Any solid sources? Will travel for 'em.

had brunch here yesterday. the burger was soooooooo good. probably one of the better burgers ive had in a while. well cooked, juicy, and flavorful. the staff was really accommodating and nice for getting a party of 6 in for an easter brunch. definitely will be back.

I made a huge batch of black bean & quinoa salad this weekend and the red onion is hitting really hard. It's almost overpowering. Is there anything I can add to the salad to mellow out/balance the onions? Thank you!

cooking for a new beau for the first time! help!
i made dinner for my gf when we first started dating and it worked out pretty well. I did the alton brown cast iron ribeye recipe w/ manchego mashed potatos & roasted brussell sprouts ( think i did i adapted from teh momofuku recipe). steamed some mussells as an app. she dug it.

the #2 is pretty good. Mine wasn't that spicy but the meat was the star. I was in a pork coma for an hour afterwards.
