Apparently its true! Had a friend go in about 2 weeks ago. She asked about the chef and was told they had a new chef now, possible new management as well but she didnt touch on that. Hmmmm

agreed, they were the best in the area, I hope those great flavors return to the food I loved so much!

Ive been going to kits since it opened, so I am very familiar with the menu and many of the offerings they have. But recently I have been (the last two times within last 3 months) and the food has been off. I always get the drunken noodles but this last time i got them they seemed flavorless. I would know this as I have eaten it a million times, it always taste the same! But this last experience it was very bland, like it was missing an important ingredient. I mentioned it to a family member and they said they got take out of drunken noodles as well and they said the same thing! That it tasted kinda off but figured it was just a small fluke!
I ordered again with a friend about 3 weeks later, who loves kits as much as I do and they ordered Curry Panag, which they proceeded to take back to the restaurant because it was like plain water sauce with orange food coloring. Once back at kits, they happily offered to make him a new one, and had him taste it again before they wrapped it up, AGAIN he could not eat it!
And that was it, havent been back since!
Did they switch chefs or something? The food taste really off, and not what I had grown to love so much!
ANyone else have this experience? I am dying to go back, but am worried the same will happen again

the Hilton in Stamford is having a buffet brunch for about 37 a person. The hyatt in Greenwich has one to but for 65 per person

Brasitas is not cheap at all!!!!! every plate is 25 to 30+
Its a great place, with amazing food, just NOT in the inexpensive catg!

Went last night, was great. Special rolls where amazing! Nice surprise in stamford in regards to sushi and atmosphere
