Well there really are so many great places to eat in SB as it is a melting pot for fresh California Cuisine. My Favorite Breakfast place is on the Mesa... its called Mesa Cafe... and The best Brunch ever is at the Biltmore.

And for Sushi... as everyone has stated... Arigato is the best... fun atmosphere right on State Street.

Los Arroyos is a great place for authentic fresh mexican food.

Magarita Cake

Ingredients:
1 package orange cake mix
1(3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tequila
2 tablespoons triple sec liqueur

Icing:

1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon tequila
2 tablespoons triple sec liqueur
2 tablespoons lime juic

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan

2. In a large bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, lemon juice, 1/4 cup tequila and 2 tablespoons triple sec. Beat for 2 minutes.

3. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove to rack and pour glaze over cake while still warm.

4. Tom make the glaze: In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar with 1 tablespoon tequila, 2 tablespoons triple sec and 2 tablespoons lime juice. Mix until smooth.

Serves 12

I found a recipe for a Magarita Cake.. it calls for 1 packages of Orange Cake Mix, However the small town I live in ... Orange Cake Mix is not a hot item... so I can't find it. Does anyone have any ideas... I need this for a party that I'm going to this Saturday...

How much Orange Extract would you suggest I use...

The Recipe has quite alot of liquid ingredients... and I dont want to over power the other flavors.

I'm trying to make a Margarita Cake which calles for an Orange Cake Mix. However I can't find that in my stores here. Does the Cake Mix Doctor Book give any combinations for maybe a yellow cake and Orange Extract? I don't know how much Extract I would need to use... HELP
