local eating in dubuque, ia
I'll be going to Dubuque with my boyfriend in March for our anniversary and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations on good local places to eat. I don't want to eat somewhere that we could eat here in Davenport. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also if you know of any used book stores, let me know, because i'm always looking for those! :) Thanks!

Biaggis, Davenport, IA, any good?
i've eaten at biaggi's a couple different times and i feel that it is very hit and miss. i've been there when it was very busy and was not impressed, but i've gone when it was less busy and been very happy with my experience (hence why i've gone back). usually my favorites are what's on the nightly special (things not normally on the menu), and i do love the bread :)
