I really love Irving Farm coffee...especially house blend or Irving Farm....you can buy it at their coffee stores and I think whole foods.....roasted locally and wonderful

About roasting chicken
it's best to roast (heat from the bottom)...350 degrees approx...use a heavy roasting pan that can be put on burner after roasting to make the gravy.....
