Best meal I ever ate:
Fresh Field Corn, Sliced Tomatoes, Ho Cakes and a Cucumber Salad on a hot spring day in North Florida at my aunt's house.

It's always changing. I like a Chicken dish I made up years ago with cream and wild mushrooms, but I'm eating less meat these days, so I'm trying to invent a new one.
My favorite comfort food:
If I'm eating meat, meatloaf. If I'm not, Butternut Squash Soup with Apples and homebaked French Bread
