Hi,
In french, we always say Petite-Bourgogne, never Little Burgundy.
Best place to buy Organic Chickens in Montreal?
I suggest to look there:

You will find farms who deliver or sell in Montreal

The better thing it's to buy directly from the farmer...
Mtl Vegetarian and/or Organic Restaurants
Hi,
It's to pick up. You can see the menu each week on the site but you can also pass command by phone. The best it's to call, and reserve and say when you will pass. But they also deliver at home one time a week. It's not a restaurant. Everything is cook there with natural and fresh ingredients. They have very great vegan asiatic meal, soup, ... The price are very good. About 7 $ for a complete meal. I have go there a lot of times and the chef and owner is very friendly. Call! I do provision there frequently. You can freeze the meal if you want. Hope you understand, my english is not very good...
Hidden gem: Bouchees Gourmandes
I have try this place too and I am agree with all what you say. We take the brunch and for two it was too much but so good!
Cabane a Sucre Recommendations?
I remember that the price is similar to other place (cabane à sucre) or just a little more... Be careful, the caribou is on the menu champêtre not on the menu cabane à sucre. ;-) Everything is excellent and serve in assiettes de porcelaine.
Montreal-Go east youg eater!
I have go a couple of times to Les Cabotins for brunch. I like the place. The staff is very friendly.
sushi anyone
I strongly recommand Tri Express. Excellent and very good price. It is the only place I eat sushi now. I had a very bad experience at Kaizen: a lot of $$$$$ and it was really bad. I have try Mikado and other one... but now I'm returning always to Tri.
Mtl Vegetarian and/or Organic Restaurants
Try a BLT sandwich on Chapati pan at Les Vivres on St-Laurent Street or if you want to try a special place, try Spirit Lounge on Ontario Street (vegetalian). Soup soup on Duluth or St-Viateur and Olive and Gourmando on St-Paul are doing great vegetarian soup and sandwichs. And if you want sometimes to eat at home, www.odeuxsoeurs.com is doing very great vegetarian meals.

Cabane a Sucre Recommendations?
I have go two times to Le Domaine des cerfs in Chertsey and it is delicious. It is a little place, very calm but beautiful. You can do hiking in the mountain and see chevreuils.

Near Quebec city, I recommand Passions gourmandes http://www.passionsgourmandes.com/
Where to eat in Quebec City?
I speak French and my English is not very good, it's explaining why my commentary is short... but I will try... I come to this board because it is the only interesting board about food in Montreal I find... but I just became member to write last week... before I just read it. So, I have lived in Quebec city 5 years. I just come back live in Montreal last spring. Utopie was and is my prefered restaurant. I have go there more than 15 times and my husband more. For lunch (a real good rapport qualité/prix) and for dinner. And since we are in Montreal we miss this place and we are returning there a couple of times for special occasions. We love the place beacause it is always very unique and excellent. Sometimes, we just give "carte blanche" to the "chef". The service is excellent but friendly, "chaleureux", not snob. They serve a lot of wine cultivate in biodynamie. The co-owners (chef, sommelier, ...) of the restaurant are youngs and creative, innovateurs. The place is beautiful, design by Jean-Pierre Viau. I love this place because I feel good there and because the food is so great. Everytime I go there everything is perfect. I did not try all restaurant in Quebec city (not try Laurie...). I have try Panache and I was deceive (déçue), by the food and the service. I have try a couple of times the Toast to. After Utopie, it's the restaurant I prefer. The place is beautiful and the terrasse, wow! They have interesting, special brunch to. But it's not the same experience for me than in Utopie. You can read very good critic in Le Devoir and others paper. And it was one of the best new restaurant "selon" En Route. I hope you understand my English with a coupke of words in French ... ;-)
Quebec City restaurant recommendation please
I recommend L'Utopie too. I was never disapointed. The chef Stephane is a magician! The place is perfect for a couple. Great choice of wine. It is the place for a perfect and a wonderful gastronomic dinner!
