Do you love goat cheese?

I loved it at first bite (on a salad). One of my favorite appetiers is a spread I make with goatcheese, sundried tomatoes, basil, olive oil and pine nuts. Great served with chunks of good quality bread or pita bread.

What makes a good ruben

Besides using a good quality rye bread, I always use Frank's Sweet Bavarian Style Sauerkraut with caraway. Squeeze out as much moisture as you can to keep your grilled rye crisp. I'm getting hungry....

Lox Flatbread

I agree that Boboli is not a very good pizza crust. I plan on trying the recipe with Chicago flatbread crakers
