Just bought Flax Seed, now what?
Like others have said, I just throw flax into any foods I think it would be good in. I particularly like this meatloaf recipe http://wunderflax.wordpress.com/2008/01/26/meatloaf-recipe-with-flax/. The next time I make it, I will try to use your flax mixture as a egg substitute.
