recipe for pasta with wild mushrooms
I have a fabulous recipe from the Lidia's Italy cookbook- Makaruni with Chanterelle Mushrooms. You can substitute the chanterelles for other mushrooms; last time, I used cremini, shiitake, oyster and button mushrooms. You don't need to make the hand rolled makaruni. You can always use store bought pasta with the mushroom ragu. It is a wordy recipe, so I don't want to retype here. Email me at apindc@hotmail.com and I will gladly send it to you.
