Japanese Okanomiyaki and Chawanmushi in DC/VA area?
I'm looking for a Japanese restaurant that serves either okanomiyaki (Japanese pancake filled with meat, veggies, etc.) or chawanmushi (steamed egg in a custard cup with crab cakes and mushroom). Chawanmushi pic is at:

I've been to many Japanese restaurants and they just do not carry it. Any ideas where to go?
Fine Dining Chinese Restaurant?
As a Chinese person, I prefer China Garden in Rosslyn ( http://www.chinagardenva.com/ ) which consists of fine banquet style dining and dim sum in the afternoons. Another local favorite (hole in the wall type but with great food) is Miu Kee (6653 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church). They serve porridge/congee and authentic Chinese food.
Taco Trucks in NoVa???
There is a good taco trunk that shows up at the construction site in Reston Town Center (new bldg 1875 Explorer Street) at 9:05am on weekdays. Give it a try.
