Where to eat brunch or lunch while visiting niagara falls....

My husband and I are flying from Los Angeles to Rochester for a wedding. We arrive at 9 am and plan to rent a car and drive to Niagara. I would love some suggestions for lunch or brunch in that area.....Are theer any spots with great food AND great views???

If you want excellent fish and sashimi, go to The Sushi Spot(yes, that the name) on Corbin and Ventura in Woodland Hills. The best hidden gem. We live in Venice now and still make the drive. Get the salmon sushi or sashimi...best. the halibut sushi and sashim are delicious, hamachi, uni, everything is fresh and fabulous.

Hotcakes Bakes.....there is one on Centinela just east of Washington, but I remember hearing that they opened one in Hollywood recently.
Cakes look delicious, but I can only speak for the cupcakes, choc chip cookies, brownies, lemon bar and pecan bar :) YUM!! The yummiest!!

If you are a sushi snob, like me....you must go to Echigo on Santa Monica Blvd just west of Bundy. It's on the second floor in a strip mall...best quality fish. Also, try Sushi Zo, can't remember if it is on Palms or Overland. Also in a little strip mall, but go! Zo is a little more expensive then Echigo, but very fresh and delicious. My favorite spot is Sushi Spot in Tarzana. If you are in the area...go! They have 2 omakase options, one is only $32. By far the best value. We always order a la carte. Try anything, and you will return. we drive out there from Venice Beach!!

Need baby shower location in Venice/Santa Monica???

Not sure about budget. The shower is actually for me, given by my sisters who are from out of town. I need to give them a narrowed list of options. I am going to look into James Beach. 26 Beach, Lilly's and any others that come up.....Please keep on sending suggestions!!!
