I really love the tasting menu at Uchi. I also had several incredible meals at Bradley Ogden in Las Vegas.
My current drink of choice:
Either a really good grey goose martini - dirty. Or a glass of wine!
I really wish I could:
Do a trip around the US - eating my way across the nation. I'd love to do something like Alton Brown did on the Food Network - lots of backroad cafes and such. If only I didn't have to work, huh? :)
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
I prefer to do appetizers when I go to a dinner party. We have a recipe for an really tasty parm-reggiano, with honey and truffle oil. It sounds weird, but is SO delish. I also love to make homemade empenadas. Yes - they're fried and fattening, but REALLY good.
