Breakfast at Pere LaBise in Talloire France, overlooking an alpine lake. It was just coissants, jam, butter, orange juice, and coffee, but each was the best of the best and the scenery was breathtaking.

I rarely go to dinner parties where I have to bring a dish, but if I did I would bring Blanquette de Veau because it is easy to make and delicious.

Per Se and Le Bernadin in NYC, Bernard's Inn in Ridgefield, Jean-Louis in Greenwich, others depending on my mood. I'm bummed that my favorite go-to restaurant has closed.
