poach an egg. I don't actually like poached eggs, but I would feel really accomplished if I could manage it without the whole thing falling apart

chicken with mole sauce. I make a nut-free version (which isn't technically a mole at at all) for people with nut allergies
My favorite comfort food:
refried beans and rice; I could eat this when I was pregnant without getting sick
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
Dali, Oga, Boma (great African place at Disney World, believe it or not!), Bors Hede (medieval restaurant in WA), Bertucci's (I don't actually like it, but it's reliable food that no one in my family complains about)
