best chocolates in montreal?

My favorite is Les Chocolats de Chloe, She uses Valrhona Manjari--a very nice 64% Madagascar--as her couverture and her flavors are nicely balanced and clean. Very French-style work.

I'm a chocolatier and pretty particular.

Where to Find Good Selection of Valrhona Chocolate?

Amedei's chocolate is darned nice, but if I had to choose between that and Valrhona's Palmira, for instance, I'd personally take the Palmira. The new Nyangbo 68% (Ghana) is amazing as well.

(Disclaimer: I just returned from a week at L'Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona in Tain L'Hermitage, so I may be a bit biased).

But if you're really serious, it's hard to beat Steve DeVries' 77% Costa Rican.

The Korean Place, Manchester NH

The food is very good, though not cheap. And they only take cash!

what is your favorite spot in Manchester NH?

B&B does reasonably good bagels, but don't serve lox, so I don't consider them a *real* bagel place.

For muffins, stop into Bridge Cafe on Bridge & Elm. They're large, light, and very flavorful.

Wicked Good Deli, Manchester NH

I walk down Elm Street at least weekly, and I have never seen this place. Where is it?

Golden Bowl in Manchester NH - info?

Golden Bowl is indeed closed on Tuesdays. It's our primary comfort food place and we stop in at least once a week. The pho is very good, but I also recommend the steamed vermicelli or the grilled chicken rice plate.
