Hi Dr. J,
I ate at Skinny Legs & Cowgirls a few weeks ago - with no expectations as I had never been before and the only things that I knew it that the place was small and offered only organic, community-grown ingredients. That was enough to sell me.
I went with one gf and we ordered the Franco Pollo (chicken dish) and the Spaghetti Squash with Cashews dish. We shared, of course. It was awesome! The food does of course take a bit because of the venue size and food prep, but it was worth the wait.
Decor was intimate, and yes the place is small but cozy. I didnt think prices were too outrageous, considering the dishes were shared. I think our bill came to about $50? and that was including a cocktail and a tea on top of the meal.
I would recommend this restaurant forsure - albeit not to anyone who needs "alot of meat".
