Nam Yeng (Murwillumbah, Aust) , Brio's (Dunwoody/Atlanta, GA), Valhalla (Sausalito, CA), Sala Thai (Marriott Resort and Spa - Hua Hin, Thailand) , Most Jewish delis (which are non-existent outside Sydney and Melbourne)
