both boys(11-12) are very well behaved. i was wondering if the food was alittle much for a child. they love chicken but some of the spots I've eaten are too much if you know what i mean. Le Petit Pontoise has a wonderful roast chicken but since we are staying in the 7th i wanted to walk to dinner if possible. steak duck chicken fish they love them all so i was hoping Reed would fit that what do you think?

It starts at home. we americans don't do a very good job of training our young ones in proper etiquette. And proper etiquette for another country even worse. chezKiva did a good thing and we need more of that.

when we go to paris we read the menu french or in english. if in french you can easily translate it with alittle work on line. You should try to figure it out on your own. that is the difference between a travler(who does that) and a tourist who thinks others should do it for them...

This looks like the lineup for now wed lunch bobcat bite dinner La Boca thur Jambo lunch dinner Tomme fri flyfish all day then La Choza for dinner sat lunch coyote cantina sit outside dinner Geronimo we will try to get to Terra for an evening(sunset) drink outside if possible. anything I missed? thanks...

I think so far it seems that bobcat bite ,jambo and the cantina at coyote cafe may be 3 of our lunches. the food doesn't have to be the best to offset a nice lunch outside with a view.(cantina)

the kids like steaks chops duck fish lobster pasta chicken. I looked at the Bombay Brasserie. we haven't had alot of Indian food so I will probably pass on it but thanks. The fifth floor is closer to our kind of spot. the guide would be any of the foods they love. the point is what ever looks good, if it looks right the price is fine with us. thanks Robin

Hi I have read all the threads on dinner spots(I'm dizzy). Instead of me picking 4 and then having everyone pick different spots would you mind picking the 4 dinners you would pick if you only had 4 nights in Sante Fe and wanted to dine at what makes Sante Fe special. I dont really want sushi or italian unless it has a sante fe flavor. thanks

Machon and La Fontaine both seem like excellent choices. I don't think I can go wrong with either one..

hi I'm flying thru houston this friday/saturday and will be with my 19 year old son staying near the airport. we arrive 830 at night friday and leave sat 830 am. where should i take him(close to the airport if possible) we love all food sushi burgers texmex. A bar is ok with us. thanks

BRGR cranberry
went back to BRGR last night with 4 other friends. Burgers were excellent deep fried pickles light and fresh tasting. salt carmel bourbon shake(split this time) fantastic. the service was excellent(new bartender). much better experience than first time. Will go back

whigsboy, i enjoyed the burger and would go with Crazyones advice of a table not the bar. The burger i had was a nice size and done the way i liked it.(not over cooked at all) also Crazyone did you like burgatory better than BRGR?
