Gelato in Boston area?
My mother in law is coming to town and was recently talking about how much she was longing for some "real" gelato. We will be celebrating her recent birthday and this would be a great birthday treat....Has anyone found anything authentic in our area? Unfortunately a trip to Italy is not practical at the present moment. Thanks!
North End with Inlaws and kids?
Sounds like that might be a good bet, thanks! I guess touristy isn't really that descriptive. I just still have flashbacks to someone taking me to a really really bad restaurant on Hanover St. (one of the La Famiglia places). Anyway, thanks for the suggestion.
North End with Inlaws and kids?
We're looking for a place in the north end to take our out-of-towner inlaws and our two young children (2 1/2 and 4 1/2). Looking for something casual enough for kids but would be great if the food were good and the restaurant not super touristy...Let me know if you have any thoughts - thanks!
