Help - Kennington/Lambeth (London)

My family and I will be renting a flat on Wincott Street in Kennington, and I'd love suggestions for restaurants or food-shopping nearby. I know that Hot Stuff and Masters aren't too far away. Any other advice? We tend not to eat meat (although we'll eat dairy, eggs, and fish) and like all kinds of food. Thanks in advance!

Monday Night in Scottsdale -- HELP!

Help Chowhounders! My husband and I will be in Scottsdale on a Monday evening and we'd love a dinner recommendation...it seems as if every place worth going to is closed on Mondays. Any suggestions? We're willing to drive! To make matters worse, we're quasi-vegetarians. We eat fish, eggs, and dairy but no meat/poultry.

Place For Dinner Near I-94

Hi Chowhounders....my husband, six year old and I will be driving from Columbus to Milwaukee and our best guess is that we'll be near Chicago by dinner time. My kids and I will be taking a day trip to Manhattan during chol ha'moed Pesach and will be looking for restaurants where we can eat lunch and dinner. Last Purim our theme was that of "spices." We included spice tea, cinnamon sticks, scented candles, small scented lotion, spice cake, and oranges; the year before our theme concerned a good nights sleep (and we put them in pillow cases). We included eye masks, sleepy time tea, cookies and milk (or hot cocoa mix).

Sunday Night Dinner?

My husband and I will be heading to Chicago to celebrate his birthday, albeit briefly. Unfortunately, we'll only be there for one evening, a Sunday night. Madoka, Mistral, Matt's in the Market, Harvest Vine, Lola, Lark, Earth and Ocean, La Carta de Oaxaca, and Cafe Juanita.
