Pho Hoa 4?
Went to Pho Hoa Quincy last month, and the food was delicious. It was our first time being in a Vietnamese Restaurant (one of my other friends recommended it) so we don't know what the food is like or what the menu says. (Maybe we look lost or confused or however we look like) one of the waitress came over and asked if we need any help and she helped us ALOT (my waitress doesn't seem to have difficulty speaking english though). She explained every thing, and also give some great recommendations. And we have to say the service was very good and the app. and the food on the dinner menu was delicious. It was a great experience. Went there again last weekend, i have to say the service have gotten better, and the waitress actually remember me, and the stir-fry food, and the rice plates are still delicious as usual. This place's new, yet it's going to improve a whole lot overtime.
