My current drink of choice:
Alc: Blood Mary, if done correctly, or a Cabernet or Merlot. Virgin: Break out the bubbly--that is, seltzer with lime.
I really wish I could:
hit up every garlic festival known to mankind, travel Italy over, travel period, skydive without apprehension, flip an omelet without mess, whip out dishes on demand, perfect my tomato sauce recipe, become a chef without the hassle of culinary school, have my cake and eat it too.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Like an appetizer? Give me good chicken and veggie potstickers with a spicy, garlic dipping sauce.
My favorite comfort food:
Chicken Eggdrop Soup---it's easy to make. Also, extreme dark chocolate: 70 percent plus.
