I still think about the dinner we had at a small restaurant called Trattoria dal Billy in Cinque Terre, Italy. Homemade black squid ink pasta and yummy seafood fresh from the Ligurian sea. Free drinks before and after the meal (fresh squeezed orange juice cocktails before; lemon liqueur after). Warm, friendly, unpretentious atmosphere. Amazing views of Manarola’s mountainside. Perfect in every way.
