4 of us went to Popolino last evening and had a great meal. It was quiet and we had wonderful service. We all got the touristo menu-4 courses for $40. Tons of choices, nothing was restricted and all thought it was plenty of food. Everything was delicious; highlights were the steak, lamb chops, pastas and fried cheese bread (sorry forgot name) . Will def return. |

B&C Seafood Market report (by Laura plantation) After visiting Laura plantation we stopped by here for lunch. 3 mins away. |

We ate at GW fins our last eve. Nothing to complain about but nothing memorable or special either which it should be in a great food city like New Orleans. Room was pretty, waitress was friendly and food was good. Someone (here?) described it as 'corporate' which I agree. Nothing felt personal or special or delicious...my advice, skip it. |

Ate first night at r'evoltion. One of the best meals ever. Shrimp and grits was amazing. The service was fantastic. Perfect yet very warm and friendly. Loved it all. Set the bar too high though! |

Fast breakfast near Windsor court? Thanks! Perfect suggestion. Ate there last two mornings(no take out on weekends) and it was good, fast and not expensive. |

Fast breakfast near Windsor court? We are not big sit down breakfast folks. Prefer to send husband out to bring back bagels and coffee to room which we eat while showering and dressing. Any place close by the Windsor court to do that? Thanks! |

My daughter & boyfriend (mid 20s) will be in Paris next week, staying near St Germaine Blvd in the 6th. (on the Rue Saint-André des Arts). They want great food but hoping to not get too crazy with prices. Here's what they are thinking. Anything they should eliminate? Any 'cant be missed' that they are missing? Thanks! |

picking my son up at phila airport Sunday late afternoon and driving him back to temple U. Anywhere (not fancy) we could stop for a bite to eat. Would like to avoid center city parking hassles. Unfortunately Sabrinas closes at 4 on Sunday. Thanks! |

N.O 4 nights dinner advice please We will be in NO of 4 nights in early April (Fri-Mon). Looking for 4 great meals.Want to be sure we are not eating in the same kind of place or the same type of menu each night. Hate to say price is no object as it always is but we are on vacation so...Will be staying in French Quarter so would love to walk to dinner but will cab if its worth it. Fancy is ok but so is down and dirty. Husband eats anything but no meat or poultry for me-fish & seafood are great. |

Not sure what it looked like before...Large windows looking out on the street so you can see everyone going by. Wooden tables. I though it was small and cozy. |

Had a terrific meal at Sbraga last eve. We sat at the chefs counter so we got to watch them prepare and cook everything which was a terrific experience. The service was fantastic, very friendly and attentive and the food was beautiful and delicious. We did the 4 course tasting menu. The portions seemed small but we were quite full after eating only 3. Then we still had dessert! We also did the wine pairings which were delicious. A very enjoyable evening. |

Had a very good meal at Leyla the other evening. It wasn't too busy so not sure how service would be on a packed eve. A little slow getting our order taken and our drinks but after that service flowed perfectly. We had the sweetbreads, brook trout, scallops, onion soup and a chocolate dessert. All delicious! Im not sure why they are not as busy as so many other restaurants in this area but we would definitely return. |

'special' menu Wed eves near the Village? Thanks. Yes, I was hoping for a reduced price or tasting menu like I sometimes see at places on a Monday. Oh well. Finding somewhere good to eat wont be a problem, Im sure. Thanks! |

'special' menu Wed eves near the Village? Visiting my daughter (grad student) this Wed eve. Since its mid week thought there might be some good menus at places that might be too insanely priced on a sat night. She loves in Greenwich Village so close by is a bonus. Thanks! |
