Gefilte Chicken - False Fish - OK to freeze?

This should be OK to freeze.

Gefilta Fish (called Filter fish by some blonde shiksas) is also OK to freeze if done in the right way.

Traditional White Fish or Salmon is NOT ok to freeze.

Note: I did not verify the Kosher status of these places. Just posting as a courtesy to other Chowhounds who are looking for Kosher food in Dallas. It is up to your to verify that these establishments meet your needs.

Here is also a guide to Kosher food in Dallas. It might be outdated:
http://koshertravelinfo.com/eatdb/exe...

That list also shows:
Stuie's Place Deli and Grill
800 North Coit Road Suite 2550-B
Richardson (North Dallas), TX 75080 USA

However, a fellow Chowhound noted that they might be closed. So again, this list might not be updated. Call to verify.

Hope this is helpful.

Miami

You should check out the web site of Kosher Miami, The Va’ad Hakashrus of Miami and Dade counties.
http://www.koshermiami.org

They have a good listing of Kosher restaurants (and other kosher food establishments) that they give the Kosher supervision on.

The list of Kosher Restaurants can be found here:

Challeh for a Bris(Manhattan)

Gertels Bake Shop
53 Hester Street
New York, NY 10002
Phone: (212) 982-3250

Located in the Lower East Side, this bake shop caters for people looking to buy traditional kosher baked goods. It happens to be Kosher (Hassidic Supervision) and they do bake on special order what’s called a S’eudah Challah, which is a big Challah used traditionally at the meal following the Bris. They bake for special order.

I tried to look up a web site for them, but could not find. Sorry.

rocky gap resort passover

Rocky Gap is only the resort. They don’t organize the actual Passover event. The event is organized by Elite Dimension Tours. They have a web site:
http://www.passovertravel.com/

On one hand it seems that they are pretty strict about the kosher standards. They advertise the following:
- Under Strict Orthodox Rabbinical Supervision - (NK) National Kashruth
- Three Glatt Kosher/Cholov Yisroel Gourmet Meals Daily, Freshly Prepared By Our Master Chefs.

Who is their own "Master Cehfs"? Does not say.

I could not find on their web site who is the actual caterer. It would be helpful if somebody can post who is the actual caterer for Passover.

But on the other end, it seems that they are putting together lots of entertainment and a good Passover program. So to me it seems that they are targeting the Modern Orthodox community.
